Ego Mower or Ryobi Mower

It is time for me to buy a battery mower. I own Ego products and Ryobi products. I have been having Ego battery issues of late and cost of batteries is nuts !

Ryobi batteries are more affordable by many dollars. So I am wondering, do I take the chance with Ego and batteries that die after warranty or go Ryobi where, if batteries fail after warranty, the cost is less. Thoughts ???
