My first [homemade] beef wellington attempt

Absolutely loved making this- super delicious and definitely one for special occasions. Sides: creamed mash, buttered shaved cabbage and a red wine jus. How did I do? Next time I’ll strain the duxelles as it was a tiny bit too moist.
