Platinum 3776 nib only sources?

Does anybody know where I might find a replacement Platinum 3776 nib, ideally in the UK/Europe? I fancy swapping my EF for a UEF because I think I'll use it more.

I've looked in the usual corners, but ... nothing. Whole pens only. I did see a possible US option, but nothing more local.
