Jon Snow is still a bastard not a Targaryen prince.
Despite what we aee in the ahow Rhaegar and Lyanna's marriage would not be considered legal in the eyes of The Faith. As such Jon would still be considered a bastard just a royal one akin to Bloodraven rather than just a nobel one.
This is because Rhaegar's marriage to Elia cannot be annulled by the rules of The Faith. The marriage was consummated, the evidence being the Prince and Princess, Neither partner was already married, and both entered the marriage willingly or as willingly as you do with a political marriage. Therefore no annulment could be issued, and seeing as how The Faith does not allow divorce or polygamy, then thr marriage must not be legal.
So Jon may really be called Aegon, but his last name should be either Waters or Sand depending on whether we go off his father being from the crown lands or his place of birth in Dorne.
