Which game has the most immersive forests?

Despite being chronically indoors and hiking-averse, I love the feel of a good forest. The sounds of birds chirping, trees and bushes bristling, and the sun breaking through the canopy gives me an enormous sense of well being (park life).

The game that achieved this most accurately for me is Kingdom Come Deliverance. Half of my 100 hours in that game must have just been me wandering through the forests like some sort of ironclad nymph.
