please someone tell me why dl guys won’t show their face

specifically on like hookup apps like i get it’s just for sex but like damn maybe i don’t wanna hookup with someone who i don’t find attractive, it’s not like im not gonna see your face during the hookup so i really don’t get the excuse “im dl”

obviously ill respect the boundary and im not gonna push to see your face, i just wanna know why thats the reason you wont show your face on an app where you clearly want to meet up with someone
