I’m Quitting Smoking: My Journey to a Healthier Me
Today, I’ve decided to quit smoking. I currently smoke 4-6 cigarettes a day, and I can feel the toll it’s taking on my body. It’s not easy to admit, but I know this habit isn’t doing me any favors, and I’m determined to make a change.
This post is my way of holding myself accountable. Every day, I’ll update here about how my day went—whether I stayed smoke-free, faced challenges, or even slipped up. I believe that by sharing my journey, I’ll stay motivated, and maybe even inspire someone else who’s trying to quit.
