Brown/black stains from washing machine? How to remove?

I have noticed some brown/black stains in my laundry machine. I dont use fabric softener so i dont think its scrud, but i cant figure out what is causing the stains. It looks almost like burn marks but im not sure. Any ideas of what this is?
