What did you do instead of smoke today?
Day 2 sober for me. I thought it was going to be a lot harder, but I've been kicking myself for not doing this sooner. I'm so happy and energetic right now. I'm no longer glued to the couch. I can get up in the morning without the insane grogginess of a heavy night's smoke. I've been practicing cooking gourmet food for my wonderful partner, and feel accomplished.
