And then a symphony of color. A blast of ancient light radiates from the star. A millennia of energy, collapsing and then expanding in a brilliant cosmic explosion.

And you are gonna be cosmic dust if you don't blast off.

-Hello, my name is Zane (He/Him) and I am looking for 5-6 individuals to blast across the stars in my homebrew setting in a long term sci-fi campaign. A universe heavily inspired by classic & modern space opera adventures (Star Wars/Mass Effect) you'll band together to explore a large array of planets, fight ancient enemies, and become heroes amongst the stars. Will you be able to solve the mysteries of the ancient rings?

-We will be using Star Wars 5e, a remake of D&D 5e. I will be teaching new players anything and everything they will need to know to play it so do not worry if you know nothing of SW5e or D&D rules. Mainly just be willing to show up, roleplay, and have fun every week. (All content needed is free)

-Sessions will be online, using Discord for voice and sound, and roll20 for battle-maps and character sheets. (Discord will house some extra world info)

-Scheduling: Sessions will be weekly at 2pm PST-US/10p GMT and last 4 hours. There will be a 15 minute break around the 2 hour mark. When people are not able to show, I will run the session for everyone else who can come for the week with the missing persons character sitting out. If a large portion of the group or I cant make it on a Sunday then I will cancel sessions accordingly. (Upcoming holiday season will be settled as a group during session 0)

-Characters will start at level 3 (with a goal of going to around 16) so while filling out the application, make sure you come from humble beginnings. Don't start as an emperor or a battle hero, as overcooked characters will not be accepted. The only other big character creation rule is no humans from earth, but details will all be fleshed out during session 0 and more information given in the discord server.

-About me: I am a laser operator and forever DM in my mid 20s with 8 years of experience running TTRPGs and I have ran SW5e for one group before. I love telling stories and making music. I have been moving away from fantasy for my TTRPGs so I thought it was time to dive head first into my other interest Sci-Fi. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.
