Black Widow rework/buff that actually make sense

Black Widow needs CQC kit, Mobility and passive buffs, not damage or ammo.

Here is what she needs:

1. Dual pistols that you can switch to in punisher fashion.

poor Damage drop off past 10 metres, Only 24 ammo, hold to shoot but fire rate should not be very fast (10-15% slower than punisher's rifle).

Damage:

18 - Upto 10 metres

12 - 11 to 20 metres

8 - past 20 metres

Perfect addition for dual kick combo, Can be used for anti-dive and even to dive any unsuspecting strategist/DPS (looking at you zero awareness rocket and Moon knights).

2. Successful second kick should reduce cooldown of the ability down to 8 seconds from 15 (15 seconds is diabolical). auto switches you to dual pistol/Sniper rifle on first kick

(Advanced hero option to disable auto switch or choose which weapon to switch to)

Kick -> filler damage with Sniper -> second kick -> Pistol

Kick -> filler damage with Pistol -> second kick -> Sniper

Kick -> filler damage with Pistol -> second kick -> Pistol

Kick -> filler damage with Sniper -> second kick -> Sniper (Current combo)

Opens up option for variety of combos, depending on hero and whether countering dive DPS or diving onto a strategist/unsupecting DPS

3. Infinite sprint but super jump as another ability with 6 seconds cooldown. 4 second Cooldown if Black Widow gets a kill while jumping (Part of passive ability).

4. Nerf sniper rifle's ammo to 6, Body shots damage reduces to 110 from 120 because of added mobility and passive strength, Headshot damage altered accordingly [240->220].

5. Superjump distance slightly higher, alot of terrain is just slightly taller than her jump height and it's infuriating.

6. Remove slow down completely on Ultimate, damage turned down from 170 to 120, add 30% vulnerability effect instead. DOES NOT STACK WITH Cloak & Dagger's terror cape.

Passive Ability (Red Room's training)

Her pistols reload automatically when using sniper rifle for more than 3 seconds, Her Sniper rifle reloads and rechambers automatically when using pistols for more than 3 seconds.

Getting a sniper kill mid- super jump reduces superjump cooldown to just 4 seconds. This will open up playstyle possibilities of killing and repositioning.

Team-up Ability

Reversed the anchor hero, Hawkeye recieves a special widow bite infused arrow from Black Widow that he can shoot at enemy/surfaces that creates small electrified region (imagine Cloak & Dagger's heal bubble but 2x smaller in size).

No headshot multiplier, only does 50 damage if hit on target, no damage on shocks.

If arrow is latched onto enemy, that enemy is shocked every 1 second for 0.5 seconds. Tanks only get shocked for 0.180 seconds (this can cause few tanks to miss their key ultimates or hinder ability usage but not be oppressed by hawkeye and still defend their team)

Cooldown - 12 seconds

Arrows last 3 second whether attached to surface or enemy. Opens up option to use for anti-dive or focusing on single target. Team-up ability opens option for both heroes to be played against heavy anti-dive to some extent, including messing up with enemy's ultimates. DOES NOT WORK ON THOR.

Her whole concept should be a mobile sniper, can reposition around the map quickly, get few shots, jump up on another high ground get few more shots. Catches a strategist unsupported, dives him/her with dual pistol to finish them off, however, not very strong diving kit to back out unpunished if the player messes up. She should be combination of Sniper + assassin but not being oppressive in either roles.
