Poor orgasm quality

I stoped hormone replacement 6 to 7 months ago due allergies and "personal" taste, even before stoping i had a very poor orgasm quality, for some reason i have a really hard time achiving an orgasm and when i finally "cum" it just feels like a ruined orgasm, i dont feel nothing, this is... frustrating of course.

I wanted to know if more people have the same problem, this don't make much of a sense to me because the orgasm is not related to hormonal evels right? but well, for some reason i can't have orgasms anymore(i guess) maybe its psychological i dont know, btw, i got the orchi 2 years ago.
