Is it just me, or has Chippie been really stepping up as Leader of the Opposition over the last few weeks?

He's been calling out the govt but also presenting well considered and constructive alternatives - coming across more balanced and statesmanlike than the current govt.

Maybe the benefit of having experience as PM before shifting to leader of the opposition - we haven't seen that for a while.
