confused between intel chipset names and what should i buy?

As much as i understood, F means base chipset that i cannot overclock, K means i can overclock it and it has integrated graphics, KF means it can be overclocked but doesn't have integrated graphics.

Here's the Deal, I never did overclocking and i just wanna play games like Rainbow Six, Marvel Rivals, Upcoming Doom: Dark ages and battlefield 6 (90% of times i only play multiplayer games) and i just wish to get 144+ FPS consistently for which i am ready to play at medium settings, i dont really care ALOT about graphics but if i have choice to play on high settings with consistent FPS, i would.

But i see on youtube that K series give higher FPS (around 10-30 FPS higher? most of games shown are AAA titles so i am not sure if i can rely on them) than F series.

I have 3 questions:
1. Does K or KF CPU means if my game requires more CPU, it will automatically overclock to it? and i should be investing more in better cooler? because i was going for air cooler to save some (Deepcool AK400)

  1. If i dont want to get into overclocking, should i just use F version? Somewhere i read on reddit that K version also are more efficient with gaming RAM and SSD?

  2. What abour the Ryzen X series? I have thought of Ryzen 5 5600x because it's very cheap in my country, but then again i dont want to get in overclocking and checking temperatures often.
