PC not posting

My PC was working fine last night, hit the power button this morning and it power cycled once or twice, that had happened before on occasion with it posting after a power cycle so I wasn’t too worried. But it never posted. I have power cycled 3 times now, I have an MSI B450 board that has debug LEDs, the CPU one is red when I first hit the power button but then it goes out. Have a Ryzen 5 3600 being cooled by a 240 AIO so I know its not overheating. No other debug LEDs turn on. Any suggestions?
