How long should I stay at my job

So recently picked up a job at the blood bank because every hospital I got into told me I needed more experience before I even stepped foot into the hospital I will not lie the blood bank I work at is filled with so much drama one of my coworkers told me straight up “you have to pick a side because I’m not going to be the nicest if you stay neutral” so I honestly just wanna try to get my sticks and get the FUCK out of here cause these people are crazy. But I do like the feeling of working at a blood bank we work hard and I like that honestly
