Please reset ranks

Curious if others have noticed the same but as someone who only plays 2-3 times a week and pushed gm with decent winrate, I feel like higher ranks are so oversaturated now with people who have pushed up with brute force and immense playtime. Its not even that when I lose it like one person selling but just a general lack of gamesense or situational awareness. Also noteworthy to say that I definitely have bad games here or there but i feel like more often than not its just lack of understanding how to touch point for example
