Inherited tinnitus worsen after good trip

Last week I took 1g mushroom and because im sensitive to it so I have a vivid strong good trip. This is my 2nd time doing this, first time is in a concert with 750mg, I felt afraid by loud music and dense people, so this time is huge better. I visualize music with vivid imagery and tripped to Egypt to see the pharaoh.

However, after this valuable experience, I felt my inherited tinnitus went worse. I got it from my dad and its very annoying and distrubing. I searched on google and saw a professional report about tinnitus after DMT. I also saw several people on tinnitus forum complaint about mushroom. However, there is also noticable amount of people claimed that microdose or full dose of shroom helped them relief their tinnitus.
I know some scientist says that shrooms can change your brain permanently forever, so im worry that the tinnitus it worsend will also stay forever.

I wonder if theres anyway to reverse or relieve the dtinnitus damage, please let me know if you have any idea, love you all!
