How to play Chaos;Child on android?

Hello. I have noticed that some of SciAdv games are in Google Play, including Chaos Head and Chaos Child. I am interested in the latter. However, play market says that both these game were developed for eralier versions of Android (i have android 13). So how do i play those games? Are there any other ways to pay for it in play market and play? Why do developers not maintain the game for new android versions? Thanks in advance
