Removing "Xbox Games", "Programs" and "WindowsApps" folders without wiping everything?

tl;dr:

Is there any way to get rid of the "Xbox Games" folders on C (which come back every time I reboot) and the "Programs" and "WindowsApps" on G (my games drive) without wiping a 1TB and a 2TB drive?

I have tried resetting the Xbox Apps and the Microsoft Store. Tried to deinstall the Xbox Apps, still no chance.

I keep my system pretty clean, so it bothers me a lot -.-

Long story:

I just tried to download and play Minecraft. Turns out they messed something up pretty bad. I even found threads with the same problems from almost a year ago.

Now you need to download the "Minecraft Launcher" from the MS Store instead of just installing it. To download and play it, the PC must be fully integrated with the Microsoft account. WTF?

I still tried to download the Minecraft Launcher, but the XBOX app is laggy and buggy as hell. Wasn't even able to do anything. Now, at the point where I'm pretty pissed, I uninstalled all the Xbox garbage, but it left an "Xbox Games" folder on C (which comes back every time I reboot) and a "Program Files" and "WindowsApps" folder on my G drive.

I can't just delete these folders. No matter if I reset or uninstall the apps.

I have found threads about "taking ownership". I don't know what it is and when I read that it can break things in the future and so on, I don't feel like trying it out tbh.

Oh, and the Microsoft Store tries to download "Microsoft visual X++ 2013 UWP Dekstop Rundtime Package", "DirectX Runtime" and "Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 UWP Desktop Runtime Package" but it fails all the time.

I will never touch anything that has to do with "Xbox" again. It's such a pain to deal with.

I know this is tech support, but sometimes I just have to let it out. SORRY
