What do you think was the Sopranos most profitable racket?

Personally, the stock one sounds pretty profitable to me. Chris was telling Pussy he could put in 5k-10k and sell for upwards of 6 figures so the margin seems good and also pretty reliable and secure. There might be some other rackets that have crazy numbers that I'm not thinking of but most of the others seem like the margins wouldn't be as high.
