I bought a p50, is it a great value ?

So I bought this thinkpad on backmarket, I will use it to do soft gaming (half life, Skyrim…) and for school, is it a great value ? Have I made a mistake ? Specs: p50, 32gb ram 512 ssd core i7 2,7ghz quadro m1000
