I binge ate candy... belly ache

I've been on tirzepatide since 2/13/24. I've lost 54lbs. I've been doing SO good. Tracking all food, eating in a 1300 calorie deficit, going to the gym etc. We'll today is shot day. And today the food noise came back x10000 and I binge ate a ton of easter candy (my kids). I'm talking like ALOT. My belly hurts so bad right now.

I doubt there's anything that can be done. Tomorrow is a new day. I took my shot tonight still like normal. I guess this is more of just accountability 😭
