Does Renzik still not have functioning voice lines?

Not sure how the update is going today but bro the whole patch dropped and a whole protagonist still doesn't have voice acting? Please let him speak Blizzard, or at least give us a reason why. If it's because his VA is on strike and you don't want to cross a picket line like that's totally understandable, but just not fixing broken files is disappointing
