Monthly Savings Builder Not A Goal?

Hello,My category goal total is not aligning with the subcategory goal amounts, I suspect it is because the category goal is only totaling need for spending goals in the subcategories. Is there a way to make it count the other types of goals as well? I would like to use the subcategory goal totals vs activity to track that if i "wham" it is still staying within my category "goal budget".

*Edit- I am a toolkit user so a goal column is enabled via toolkit.
