Insane scar tissue after genioplasty… no wonder it is so stiff and tight. Omg first time I’ve seen it in good lighting. How can this happen? Anyone else gone through this and what did you do to help it…

Doctor said that as he moved my bone during genioplasty that muscles and things have been moved and so the insane tightness I constantly still feel 7months post op may never go away….!!! I didn’t think this could happen from a sliding genio.

Everyone keeps saying I look so good and no one realises I have had a genioplasty and that’s why lol I’m happy it’s looks nice but the stiffness/ tightness is insaneeeee. I think maybe my surgeon cut a nerve. It’s so hard to get used to the feeling when I move my mouth. Hope it gets better
