Heating and Lighting 300 Gallon

Hello, everyone. I adopted a bearded dragon that me and my gf fell in love with. Now I'm building him a 300 bioactive setup with custom background. Just wondering how the heck to heat it. Mainly what wattage/how many ceramic heat emitter bulbs?

The dimensions are 8'L x 2.5'H x 2'W

There's a concrete ledge halfway up the warm side.
