NYS CPS Workers: How far overdue are your agency's most overdue cases? I'm speaking directly to the INV stage on CONNX, does anybody have cases that are past the 60 day limit and if so by how much. Is anybody seeing investigations go passed 150 days or more overdue? Is this normal to anybody?
