Why do you think that Madden hasn't made the offensive coordinators real people like the head coaches? Just more money to shell out to pay for NIL or what? I think it'd be fun if I could fire my coach and hire a guy like Bobby Slowick or Ben Johnson to play the what if game during the off-season
