ULPT Request: Need to gain 50lbs in 3 months

You have to keep your blood sugar high at all times and then eat tons of fatty foods. Any time you feel hungry you're failing at your task.

So basically any food with sugar + fat in it like peanut butter and jelly sandwiches or ice cream? It’s because having high blood sugar is what causes fat to be stored if I understood correctly although I’m oversimplifying.

Peanut butter is an exceptional way to put on bulk with low health ramifications in general. If you'd like to avoid as many adverse reactions as possible you're going to have a hard time regardless. Getting fat is not as easy as it sounds and gaining a lot of weight quickly will hurt your liver. To that effect, I'd recommend heavier sugars like potato starch. Peanut butter and roasted potatoes. Go nuts.
